Tonight worked the best for all of us to weigh in and get together, so get ready for some fun numbers!
Friday night is typically pizza night in our house, so we decided to try to research to find low-calorie, healthier options. I decided on a cauliflower crust topped with homemade organic pizza sauce and some veggies. Philip chose a regular, organic crust topped with sauce, chicken, turkey bacon and cheese. Lacey chose a yummy portabella mushroom overturned with roasted tomatoes, sauce, and cheese, and Ben had the 'man' crust with BBQ chicken. It was a fun night!
We weighed before we ate... Haha... And here's the results!
Philip lost 7 lbs- total 14 so far!
Ben lost 6.5 lbs- total 13 so far!
Lacey lost 5 lbs- total 11 so far!
I lost 5.5 lbs -total 10 so far!
Not too shabby!
