Day 19

I decided to try some different things to get over this little hump I felt like we were in.  I was at the same weight all last week, so we decided to try to implement the following: make sure to drink more water, don't add extra calories to my shake (no more pb and banana), and eat our dinner shake earlier in the evening (we had started to drink it around 7:30 or 8).

And lo and behold, our weight started dropping again! Yay! We felt pretty hungry going to bed last night, but in the good way.

Today we ate leftover Greek pork loin gyros and tzatziki (cucumber, dill, yogurt dip), and Greek salads with feta and cherry tomatoes for lunch.
